Energy, Elisabetta has to resell! As soon as she arrived in France, this Italian woman from Venice was hired reservation manager of the 3 Michelin stars restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic. She continued her career with the group in Lausanne and then in Paris. She then joined the teams at the Four Seasons Hotel George V where she worked for three years at the gourmet restaurant Le Cinq and then managed the reservations for rooms and suites. Since January 2017, she has taken over the management of Anne-Sophie Pic's Parisian restaurant.
After having brilliantly obtained his CAP of cooking and a successful apprenticeship at the Pyramid in Vienna, Frédéric worked at Christian Têtedois in Lyon as Chef de partie. Then he went to England to be sous-chef at Devon Shire Arms, a restaurant that got a star. He stayed there 4 years before joining the teams of Whatley Manor, 2 Michelin stars, where he achieved to be chef. With 10 years of experience on the other side of the Atlantic, he joined the team of the Anne-Sophie Pic restaurant in Valence as a second and quickly progressed to the position of Chef before coming to take the lead of the cuisines of La Dame de Pic .
Mathieu and the wine is a great love story. After graduating with a professional degree in management and marketing from the wine sector, he completed his training with a sommelier diploma in Italy. He spent his summers working for La msion Delas et frères for 5 years. Then, he began his career with Joël Robuchon before joining the restaurant La Reserve as a sommelier. With these first experiences, he joined the teams of the Lady of Pic as a head sommelier and since then, has put all his knowledge and passion to honor the wines of the Rhone Valley.
