The *** Restaurant

My husband David and I imagined the restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic like a bubble outside of time, intimate and sensitive. The main room is centred around a crystal chandelier unravelling three large luminous windowed bays which open into the gardens.

Three separate settings and yet one common thread: very feminine colour coded greys and powdered pinks, details evoking the history of the house, Japan, which I am very fond of, and the presence of plant life; a sober and highlighted conception of refinement.

Maison Pic

***** Hotel

My husband David and I wanted to encourage social interaction in our hotel by creating a welcoming environment in our establishment.

The salons were conceived as immense spaces of conviviality and social life, resolutely open and electric, where one will encounter a contemporary style with references to the past. The rooms are an invitation to laziness.

Here elegance expresses itself in the details and the choices of materials of excellence; leather, rosewood, silver-leafed screens, silk rugs. Mostly oriented towards the gardens, projecting the natural warmth of the external world to create an enchanted moment in time.

THE BISTROT

ANDRÉ

André is a place with a rich history… a culinary history spanning four generations of chefs have marked and shared their vision of the world with great generosity. In the Pic home, we are in a never-ending quest for truth and precision.

The story of my family’s history is written through the dishes on André’s menu, which can be told, and especially, eaten. A history, where each generation has created its own style, demonstrated its creativity, and made itself a household name while staying true to its name.

Two steps from the music kiosk, made famous by Peynet’s illustrations of lovers, come and feel the heart and ambiance of Valence at the Champs de Mars. Located a few minutes from the train station, it is the rendezvous point of the Valentinois, a must-see stop on the way to the park Jouvet, come visit the historical downtown and go window shopping in the pedestrian center.
An ideal spot for a gourmet pause in the heart of a generous region known for its colourful gastronomy and quality produce.

This year, la Maison Pic celebrates its 130th anniversary. More than a century of gastronomy embodied by 4 generations of chefs: Sophie, the great-grandmother, André, the grandfather, Jacques the father and now Anne-Sophie. A cuisine, which while reinventing itself, has preserved its trademark brand: the alliance of flavours and the pleasure of sharing.
