Refined decoration

The dining room, bathed in subtle light emanating from the garden onto which it opens, envelops guests in a cozy atmosphere conducive to contemplation.
As soon as you enter the restaurant, the Baccarat crystal chandelier by Starck gives the place its magnificence as soon as you enter the restaurant, thanks to the sparkle of the pendants that reflect light that changes over the day. On the walls, the wood alternates with a Japanese composition recalling the Chef's taste for Asia while in the center of the tables, a floral paper composition created by the artist Marianne Guély brings infinite delicacy to the whole.

Anne-Sophie Pic's culinary signature is similar to a philosophy: Suffusion. After defining an aromatic framework, it is inspired by the classic techniques of French cuisine and weaves invisible links between products. The aromas intertwine and combine in a subtle balance. It is by following this creative thought as a common thread that iconic dishes such as Berlingots ASP©, Millefeuille blanc, or blue lobster were born. Throughout the tasting, taste sequencing takes place in a well-defined order.

The aromatic gardens of La Restaurant Pic***

Guided by Alice Mallet, Head of Vegetable Gardens and Green Spaces, the brigades discover aromatic gardens to better understand living things. On 400 m², fresh flowers and herbs (tansy, sage, marigold) nourish the Chef's creativity. Between partly manual watering and composting, these gardens are a place for gathering, experimenting and learning for teams and customers alike.

a team driven by passion

In the white kitchen of La Restaurant Pic***, Anne-Sophie Pic's team, led by sous-chef Luis Rosario, works with discreet precision to express the requirements of great gastronomy. In pastry, pastry chef Cédric Barrère signs a menu of refined creations, where rigor and elegance enhance each final. In the dining room, Jean-Philippe Tacail, director of the restaurant, brings to life with distinction the art of service in its most successful form. Finally, Edmond Gasser, Head Sommelier, highlights a patiently built cellar, giving pride of place to wines from the Rhône Valley and celebrating a plural sommelier.

A family of three-Michelin-starred restaurant owners

From the Auberge du Pin founded in 1889 to today's Maison Pic, three generations of Michelin-starred chefs have shaped this iconic house: André Pic, Jacques Pic and finally Anne-Sophie Pic, the most starred female chef in the world. With her husband David Sinapian, they are both evolving this family heritage by infusing their own vision and their resolutely contemporary touch.
