MIXOLOGY AS A CREATIVE TERRITORY

With Utopic, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic brings a long-held dream to life: creating her own bar, a place where mixology becomes a language in its own right. Infusions, extractions, botanicals, bitters, textures and aromas shape a menu where each cocktail is conceived as a liquid expression of Anne-Sophie Pic’s culinary universe.

With your fingertips or fork in hand

At Utopic, the experience extends far beyond the glass. Anne-Sophie Pic has created a contemporary, relaxed culinary offering. Drawing inspiration from the French culinary repertoire, she has imagined French-style finger food, complemented by savoury and sweet plates to share, all shaped by her distinctive aromatic pairings.

A CONVERGENCE OF THE ARTS

Designed by Agence Moinard Bétaille, Utopic reveals itself as an intimate, enveloping setting, where oak, glass, mirrors and light create a subdued atmosphere around the counter—the vibrant heart of the bar. In keeping with the spirit of the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain, Utopic is also conceived as a space for dialogue between creative disciplines.

Under the creative direction of designer Nina Chalot and stage director Cyril Teste, Utopic invites a selection of artists and creatives to transform the space each season. For this inaugural edition, illustrator Olga Prader, together with graphic designers David Vallance and Alice Jauneau, helped shape the bar’s visual identity, bringing the world of the Jardin Fou to life across a range of mediums.
