Fascinated by the destiny and the “Kingdom of Dreams” of Christian Dior, the three-star Chef immersed herself in the Dior archives in order to imagine a menu of original creations that reflected the heritage and identity of the House of Dior. Sweet creations draw on the Dior universe — Rose de Granville, Toile de Jouy, Bouton, Rose des Vents — to metamorphose into true expressions of elegance and the excellence of fashion.

Located in the heart of Ginza, Le Café Dior by Anne-Sophie Pic offers an epicurean high fashion journey where two worlds nourished by common sensitivities meet: elegance, know-how and the quest for excellence. Shapes, patterns and textures, drawn from the universe of Christian Dior, the designer of the feminine ideal, inspired the imagination of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic. These compositions celebrate a common passion for the vegetable universe and embody the Chef's philosophy: Suffusion. Desserts revisit the eternal Dior symbols — Rose de Granville, Toile de Jouy, Bouton, Rose des Vents — and are transformed into real works of art.
