In 2026, Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian celebrate 90 years of Maison Pic in Valence. This anniversary is an invitation to revisit the moments, memories, and creations that have shaped its history, while celebrating the way it continues to reinvent itself.

For the occasion, Anne-Sophie Pic is drawing from the family repertoire to bring several iconic creations back to life, reinterpreted through her contemporary culinary lens. It is a meeting point between the recipes of the past, the memories they hold, and the aromatic research that fuels her work today.

From December 14 to 19, 2026, this celebration will come to life in Valence at the Pic*** restaurant and at André.
