Rencontres Épicuriennes : Carignan and Grenache, a tribute to the Mediterranean

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM, André will host a new edition of the Epicurean Encounters dedicated to Carignan and Grenache, featuring two renowned winemakers: Dominik Huber from Terroir al Limit in Priorat, and Paul Fumoso from Domaine Gour de Chaulé in Gigondas.

Their wines will transport guests from one Mediterranean terroir to another. Throughout a unique menu designed to pair with the wines, the two winemakers will share their philosophy, their dedication to their land, and the choices that give each vintage its distinct character.

Paz Levinson, Head Sommelier of the Pic Group, and Maxim Plumier, Head Sommelier at Pic Valence, will join the conversation to share their insights on the wines being tasted.
