Sublimes Accords : Anne-Sophie Pic × Domaine La Chapelle

On Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 7:00 PM, Restaurant Pic*** will host a new edition of Sublimes Accords. Only ten guests will be seated at the table for an evening dedicated to the encounter between Anne-Sophie Pic’s cuisine and the wines of Domaine La Chapelle, from the Hermitage appellation.

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and Delphine Frey, Director of the Domaine, will be in attendance alongside Paz Levinson, Executive Head Sommelier of the Pic Group, and Maxim Plumier, Head Sommelier at Maison Pic. Together, they will share their insights on the vintages and the pairings created for the occasion.
