Special Evening at Bar Pic

Special evening: Bar Pic hosts Swiss bar Hélia in Valence on June 1st.

For one special evening, the Bar Pic teams will host those from Hélia, a Geneva establishment located in the heart of Geneva's Old Town.

Designed as a dialogue between two distinct approaches, this guest shift will bring together Bar Pic's gastronomic approach, conceived within Anne-Sophie Pic's universe alongside mixologist Mike Kassabian, and Hélia's free, floral, and experimental energy.

For this evening, Ewen Le-Bescont, Hélia's Bar Manager will be present with his team. An active figure in the Swiss and international cocktail scene, he crafts daring creations, fueled by his passion for plants, flowers, and infusions from around the world, as well as a strong penchant for unexpected combinations.

In the verdant setting of Maison Pic's gardens, mixology will thus become a canvas for emotion, precision, and sharing, true to the spirit of the House.

For one evening, guests will be able to discover a selection of creative drinks specially crafted for the occasion, featuring botanical notes, aromatic signatures, and nods to Swiss gastronomic culture. In parallel, a DJ set will accompany the evening and extend the experience in a festive and contemporary atmosphere.

A four-hand collaboration, and many drinks, to celebrate taste, the seasons, music, and the art of creative beverages.
