Epicurean Encounters: winemakers from the Crozes-Hermitage Wine Fair do their off-event to André

On April 24, André will celebrate the Rhone Valley art of living with an evening devoted to wine, sharing and fine food. Held alongside the Crozes-Hermitage Wine Fair, this convivial and refined gathering will bring together three leading figures from the appellation for a true moment of exchange between winemakers and discerning wine lovers.

For this edition of the Epicurean Encounters, André is delighted to welcome Laurent Fayolle of Domaine Laurent Fayolle, David Reynaud of Domaine des Bruyères, and David Combier of Domaine Combier. Three emblematic Crozes-Hermitage estates will come together for one exceptional evening.

From 6:30 pm, guests will be invited to enjoy a tasting aperitif in the Maison Pic lounges or garden. Each winemaker will present a white cuvée paired with one of André’s signature bites. This opening tasting moment has been designed to encourage conversation, discovery and connection, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

From 8:00 pm, the evening will continue at Restaurant André with a three-course dinner paired with six wines. Created in harmony with the cuvées selected by the guest estates, the menu will highlight the dialogue between food and wine with balance and generosity: two whites with the starter, three reds with the main course, followed by a naturally sweet wine or dessert wine to finish.

An evening to discover Crozes-Hermitage from a different perspective, closer to the people who bring it to life, in André’s sincere, generous and welcoming spirit.
