Anne-Sophie Pic Paris: a new dining destination where art meets cuisine

On September 17th, the brand-new restaurant "Anne-Sophie Pic Paris" was inaugurated in the heart of the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain. This evening marked the debut of a space envisioned by Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian as a meeting point for cuisine, art, architecture, and contemporary creation. The restaurant officially opened its doors the following day.

While Valence remains her home base, Paris offers the Chef a new territory for expression. Conceived as an artistic residency, the restaurant will host artists and creators each season whose work resonates with her culinary style. For the 2026/27 season, poet and sound performer Anne-James Chaton will accompany various moments throughout the dinner.

This encounter extends into the spaces designed by Moinard Bétaille. The lighting, natural materials, open kitchen, and large central communal table invite guests to experience the creative process up close.

The menu features seasonal creations that change every month. The Chef’s signature Berlingots are given a Parisian twist, filled with smoked Camembert and served in a button mushroom broth.
