A dinner with food and wine pairings recounting the history of the most famous fortified wine in the world, through a selection of legendary vintages.
In the presence of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, Paz Levinson, Head Sommelier Executive Sommelier Pic Group, Edmond Gasser, Head Sommelier Maison Pic, and Lorenzo Pasquini, oenologist at Château d'Yquem.
