KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Under the supervision of the Deputy station chef and Chef de Partie, he actively participates in the preparation of dishes. He gathers the necessary ingredients, carries out the basic work in the kitchen and ensures compliance with the norms and standards of Maison Pic.
Its main responsibilities:
• Execute the missions assigned by his Demi-Head of Party and Head of Party, respecting the instructions given.
• Gather the ingredients needed to prepare dishes and anticipate the preparatory tasks (peeling, cutting, making simple dishes: appetizers, soups, vegetables, etc.).
• Respect the products, the equipment and the work environment.
• Organize and set up your workstation methodically and rigorously.
• Supervise an apprentice on simple tasks, ensuring proper execution.
• Communicate product needs to your hierarchy
• Participate actively in the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen in accordance with health and safety standards.
