SOMMELIER
Reporting to the Head Sommelier, he joins a dynamic and passionate team. He is responsible for the smooth running of the customer experience on the drinks section (advice and room service) of the 3-star restaurant. Its main missions are as follows:
• Organize the cellar and the stocks according to a rigorous procedure.
• Ensure a quality service in terms of beverage service, respecting the standards of the House.
• Optimize the turnover related to drinks thanks to its expertise.
• Ensure good customer care according to established standards (advice and guidance to the customer in choosing drinks and presenting balanced food and wine pairings).
• Take orders and give precise explanations to your customer about the history of the chosen wine in order to optimize their experience.
• Also organize the offices according to the needs of the service.
• Guarantee the good service of food and wine pairings validated by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, the Executive Head Sommelier and the Head Sommelier.
• Source and offer new products to the Head Sommelier
• Supervise the work of sommelier clerks and train new employees, apprentices and interns.
• Be required to provide services at the Bistrot André.
