JUNIOR HEAD WAITER

More than just a relay between the kitchen and the customer, the half-chef is a key player in this unique sensory experience.
As a half-head of rank, his mission is to assist the Head of rank in the service as well as in the rigorous monitoring of the tables under his responsibility.
The main responsibilities of the half-head of rank are:
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and the promotion of tableware
• Participate actively in setting up the room to ensure an elegant and welcoming atmosphere
• Iron the tablecloths and ensure the quality of the dressing before each service
• Greet customers warmly and ensure their comfort throughout their experience
• Work closely with the Chef de Rang to ensure a smooth and attentive service, as well as personalized follow-up of the tables entrusted
• Present dishes to customers with care and respect the service rituals specific to the establishment
