On the occasion of the next Rencontres Épicuriennes à André, on June 4, next June, sommellerie will be honored through a unique sensory experience, placed under the sign of discovery and emotion.
Alongside Paz Levinson and Edmond Gasser the food and drink pairings will be revealed in all their richness and subtlety.
True to the vision of Anne-Sophie Pic, who for many years has given an essential place to a plural sommelier, this meeting will invite guests to explore new taste harmonies.
Throughout this journey, participants will discover a selection inspired by wines from around the world, but also sakes, coffees, teas and cocktails, for a new, daring and resolutely contemporary approach to the world of drinks.
